We at HOTEL RAVIKIRAN aim to make your booking process simple, secure, and transparent.

1. Reservation Process

• Reservations via website, phone, email, or trusted partners.
• Valid ID proof required at check-in.
• Booking confirmed only after official confirmation.

2. Payment Policy

• Advance payment (typically 50%) required.
• Balance due at check-in.
• Accepted: Cash, UPI, cards, online transfer.

3. Cancellation & Refund

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
• 3–6 days: 50% charge.
• Within 48 hrs / no-show: No refund.
• Refund processed within 7–10 working days.

4. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: 1:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early/late requests subject to availability.

5. Group Bookings

Special terms apply for 10 rooms. Guest list required.

6. Amendments

• Subject to availability.
• Price differences may apply.

7. Child Policy

• Below 5 years: Free (no extra bed).
• Extra charges for older children.

8. Force Majeure

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Transport disruptions

9. OTA Bookings

OTA policies apply. OTA terms prevail in conflicts.
